Sex: both Male
Age: Jeronimo is approx 4 and half months and Julio is approx 4 months
Adoption donation: $220 for each kitten ($440 for both Julio + Jeronimo)
Covers desexing, microchipping, registering, up to date flea and worm treatment and first vaccination.
Good with other cats?: We’ve shared space with other kittens and could live with a friendly cat who can continue to show us the ropes, or we’d be just as happy settling into our furever home together. 🐾
Good with dogs?: Julio has briefly met a calm Labrador who knows how to play statue. I haven’t met the resident dog yet, as I haven’t quite been brave enough, but with time and a gentle introduction, we could possibly be okay with a calm dog in our furever home. 🐾
Good with children?: We haven’t met any children yet, but we think we could be ok with teenagers who are willing to respect our space and slowly coax us out of our shells with tasty treats + fun toys.
Siblings: We would like to find our furever home together.
Bio:
Hola! We’re Jerónimo (ginger and white) and Julio (white and grey tabby), two bonded brothers from another mother – looking for a furever home together.
We’re still learning to trust humans, so we can be a little cautious at first—but with time, patience, and plenty of treats, we’re making great progress.
Julio is the curious one. He’s always watching what’s going on and is very food- and play-motivated. He can be a little skittish, often running forward and back while deciding if something is safe—but that just means he gets plenty of exercise! His favourite toy is the feather wand.
I (Jerónimo) am a bit more laid-back and not nearly as adventurous. I love spending my days on a sunny windowsill, and at night I enjoy curling up on a warm heat pad with blankets (when Julio hasn’t pulled it apart first!). When I’m unsure, I prefer to stay still and let things settle around me. My favourite toy is a knitted ball filled with catnip.
We both enjoy playing together, especially with our maze toy, and we love tasty treats like plain cooked chicken or creamy snacks—we’ll even eat these from your hand. We’re still getting used to pats; I’ll tolerate them, while Julio prefers to sniff your hand or sit nearby. Our foster mum thinks we’ll learn to enjoy affection in time.
At night, once everything is quiet, we become much more confident and playful—chasing each other around, zooming about, and practising our wrestling moves (you might hear us bump into a wall or two!).
We’re very close—Julio is the brave explorer who checks things out and reports back with little chirps, and I’m happiest when we’re together. He always comes back to me for a rest, as he’s never liked sleeping alone.
We’re looking for a patient, understanding home where we can continue to grow and feel safe—together. 💕🐾
