Good with other cats?: I have shared space with other kittens and could happily live with a friendly, confident cat who can continue to show me the ropes. I’d also be just as happy finding my furever home together with Jeronimo 🐾
Good with dogs?: I’ve met a calm Labrador and I handled that pretty well! I think I could be okay living with a calm, gentle dog in my furever home—especially if we’re introduced slowly and given time to get to know each other 🐾
Good with children?: I haven’t met any children yet, but I think I could do well with teenagers who understand the importance of giving me space and letting me build confidence at my own pace—with the help of tasty treats and fun toys, of course 🐾
Siblings: Jeronimo and Me – Julio. We would like to find our furever home together please.
Bio:
Hola! I’m Julio, a white and grey tabby with a curious nature and a playful spirit. I’m currently learning to trust humans, so I can be a little cautious at first—but with time, patience, and plenty of treats, I’m making great progress.
I’m very food- and play-motivated and love watching everything that’s going on around me. I can be a bit skittish, sometimes darting forward and back while I decide if something is safe—but that just means I get plenty of exercise! My favourite toy is the feather wand, and I love anything I can chase.
I enjoy playing, especially with interactive toys, and I love tasty treats like plain cooked chicken or creamy snacks—I’ll even take them from your hand. I’m still getting used to pats and prefer to sniff your hand or sit nearby for now, but I’m slowly building my confidence and learning that affection can be a good thing.
I’m ready to find my forever home and meet my new human slave(s). I’ve outgrown the kit room and want to be part of the household 24/7. When my foster mum works from home, I’ll sit on the chair next to her—or even on her laptop—and at night I’ll hop onto her lap and purr so loudly she has to turn the TV up!
I still don’t like to be patted or touched just yet, but I will happily sniff my human and take treats from her hand. She says I’m a typical cat—it’s all about what I want, not her 😹
I love to play, so I’ll need a home that can provide me with lots of toys and enrichment. Because of this, I wouldn’t be best suited to a home with young children.
I’ve gotten used to the resident Labrador—he mostly sleeps anyway—and sometimes he sits on the couch with the human, other foster kittens and me.
At night, when everything is quiet, I really come to life—zooming around, playing, and burning off all that energy, especially with my brother Jerónimo. I help show him how to be brave, and at the end of the day, there’s nothing better than curling up together.
I’m looking for a patient, understanding home where I can continue to grow in confidence. I would do best with a friendly, confident cat companion—or even better, finding a home together with my brother Jerónimo 💛🐾
