Covers desexing, microchipping, registering, up to date flea and worm treatment and first vaccination.
Good with other cats?: We have not had any interactions with other cats, but we think we should be ok, once we got to know them
Good with dogs?: There is a resident dog in our foster home that we have seen through the window and we have been curious.
Good with children?: Yes, just let us get to know everyone.
Siblings: Quokka, Kookaburra, Tazzy, Bilby + me ‘Kanga’. Oh and my mum Koala is also up this week
Bio:
Hello! We’re Kanga and Kookaburra, a fun-loving sister duo looking for our forever home together.
I’m Kanga, the more outgoing of the two. I wear a very smart tuxedo, with subtle shadow tabby markings through my black fur and a white tip on the end of my tail. I’m confident, curious, and always ready to jump into the action.
My sister Kookaburra is the chatty one — you’ll recognise her by the adorable splash of white under her nose. She loves perching up high, especially on the top of the scratching tower, keeping an eye on everything below. Luckily, I love climbing too, so we’re often found exploring together.
Foster Mum says we’re perfectly matched — both inquisitive, energetic, and just a little bit mischievous. We have a blast chasing, wrestling, and zooming around together, keeping each other entertained with our similar energy levels.
We adore all toys, especially ping pong balls, milk bottle tops, interactive ball toys, and wand toys. Honestly, anything can become a game — we’ve even been known to battle over a single piece of fluff!
We’re looking for an energetic family who will enjoy playing with us and letting us run, chase, rough-and-tumble, and burn off our kitten energy. Don’t worry though — we do have a sleep mode too! When we crash, we love curling up for a nap, either snuggled next to you or together (as long as it’s not too hot).
Adoption appointments: Saturday 28th February between 8:30am – 10am
Time and day of appointment will depend on which kitten(s). However, if you cannot make that timeframe, please let us know and we will see if we can try and work out an alternative time over the weekend.
