Good with other cats?: I have not been around other cats whilst in foster, so I am not sure how I would go. My five kittens are also available for adoption, and I would be very happy to be homed with one of them.
Good with dogs?: There is a resident dog in my foster home, and although I’ve only seen her through the window, I haven’t been concerned. I think I would be okay with dogs in my furever home.
Good with children?:
Siblings: no siblings – but my kittens are all up this week – Kookaburra, Kanga, Tazzy, Quokka, Bilby
Bio:
Hello, I’m Koala. I got my name from my beautiful grey colouring and my big round eyes. I’m a young mum who has done an amazing job raising my five kittens, and now I’m ready to start a life filled with love of my own.
At first, I can be a little wary of new people, places, and unfamiliar noises. I may dart off to a quiet hiding spot to watch what’s going on, but once I feel safe, I’ll come out in my own time. My Foster Mum says I’m very food-motivated and will happily do just about anything for treats! Once I know you, I’ll even run to the door to greet you.
I love having a chat and will gently head-bop your hand to ask for pats and attention. I’m not a demanding girl—I just enjoy having someone nearby.
My favourite things include snoozing in a sunny spot, watching the world go by through the window, relaxing on the sofa beside my special people, and occasionally enjoying a cosy snuggle on a warm knee. I’ve also discovered that playtime can be fun, especially wand toys and chasing ping pong balls with my kittens.
If you can give me a little time to settle into my new home, I’ll soon show you just how cuddly and loving your Koala can be. 🐨💛
Adoption appointments: Saturday 28th February between 8:30am – 10am
Time and day of appointment will depend on which kitten(s). However, if you cannot make that timeframe, please let us know and we will see if we can try and work out an alternative time over the weekend.
