Hiya, I’m Rincewind 🐾
I’m a bit of a shy kitty — and very fast! My foster mama thinks I could be an Olympic sprinter. At first, I tend to dash away because big humans can seem a little scary. But with patience, I soon realise that hands are also wonderful things that give scratches and pats! Once I figure out you’re kind, I’ll start seeking you out, enthusiastically pushing my head into your waiting fingers for more attention.
When I know you’re my friend, I really let my playful side shine. I love chasing toys at lightning speed, especially things I can jump for, chew on, or bat around on the end of a string.
My absolute favourite things, though, are head rubs and bum scratches. When bedtime rolls around, I’ll happily come sit on you in the hopes that you’ll give me pats while I drift off to sleep. I really hope you will!
I’m a bit nervous when first meeting new cats too, but with time I do come around. I could also be okay with children, as long as introductions are slow and gentle and nobody expects too much from me too quickly.
I’m looking for a patient, loving home that will give me a little time to build confidence and let my sweet, playful personality shine through.
Adoption appointments: Saturday 30th May between 9am – midday
Time and day of appointment will depend on which kitten(s). However, if you cannot make that timeframe, please let us know and we will see if we can try and work out an alternative time over the weekend.
