Good with dogs?: I haven’t met any while being fostered, but they could be a bit much for me (unless they’re pretty cat-like!)
Good with children?: I’m not sure – I think I could be ok with older, calm children.

Hi, my name is Hemingway 🐾
If you like toe beans, you’ve come to the right place—I have 22 of them! While I have lots of toes, I don’t have quite as much courage or confidence just yet. My foster mum has been helping me work on this, and I’m hoping my furever family can help too.
I absolutely love cuddles and pats, and I purr up a storm while getting them. Having a feline friend around really helps me come out of my shell faster—if you have another cat, I would love the company. I get on great with the resident cat in my foster home, as you can see in the pictures 😊
I can still get a fright quite easily. Even something small—like opening the door to my room—might make me hiss first and ask questions later. I’m not mad at you at all, just a little unsure, and that’s how I communicate when I’m feeling nervous. In unfamiliar environments, I may even spit a little too.
What I really need is a patient and understanding home that will give me the time and reassurance to let the little love bug inside me shine through. Once I feel safe, I’m incredibly affectionate, curious, and playful. I love all sorts of toys, but balls are definitely my favourite! 💛🐾
Adoption appointments: Saturday 16th May between 9:30am-11am
Time and day of appointment will depend on which kitten(s). However, if you cannot make that timeframe, please let us know and we will see if we can try and work out an alternative time over the weekend.
